Shipping policy

We know you're excited to get your hands on your order — and so is your pet. Here's exactly how we handle shipping, so there are no surprises.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days typically ship same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping options & delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sale events). We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $45. No code required — it applies automatically at checkout when your cart hits the threshold.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet ship to US territories or internationally. International shipping is something we're actively working toward — sign up for our email list to be notified when it launches.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email from us with your carrier and tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status anytime.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or delayed packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control — weather, high volume, or routing issues. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us at hello@furrealco.com and we'll track it down or reship at no charge.
