Track your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.


How to track

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping confirmation email from FurReal Co.
  2. Click the tracking link inside that email, or copy your tracking number and paste it directly on the carrier's website.
  3. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after your package is first scanned. If it looks stuck right after shipping, give it a day before worrying.

Carriers we use

Depending on your location and shipping method, your order may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Your tracking email will tell you which carrier has your package.


Tracking not updating?

Tracking can sometimes lag a day or two — especially during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 3 business days, something may be wrong and we want to know about it.

Email us at hello@furrealco.com with your order number and we'll contact the carrier and sort it out for you. If your package is lost, we'll reship at no charge.


Estimated delivery times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days from ship date
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days from ship date
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day from ship date

Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships, not the date you placed it. Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.


Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us at hello@furrealco.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
