Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast to get orders out the door. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@furrealco.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we're unable to modify it.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes — sign up for our email list and you'll receive a welcome discount on your first order. We also run seasonal promotions. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days typically ship same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $45. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link and tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Products
Are your products safe for cats and dogs?
Yes. Every product in our catalog is made from BPA-free, food-safe, non-toxic materials and has been reviewed by veterinary professionals. Product pages clearly indicate whether each item is suitable for dogs, cats, or both.
How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page includes a size guide with weight ranges and measurements. When in doubt, size up — larger sizes work for smaller pets better than the reverse, and we want your pet to be comfortable.
My pet ignored the product. What should I do?
Patience is key — most pets need 1–3 days to adjust to a new product. For lick mats and snuffle mats, try smearing a small amount of peanut butter or wet food to help introduce it. If it's still not working after a week, reach out and we'll help troubleshoot or arrange a return.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most are, yes. Check the individual product page for cleaning instructions — we list this clearly in the features section of every listing.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If you or your pet isn't happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or full refund, your choice. See our full Returns Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at hello@furrealco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement immediately, no return required.
